STORE HAND
Job Responsibilities:
To support Logistics & Warehouse through efficient planning and arrangement of deliveries.
To ensure process control are established and adhere to the handling of stock movement and inventory control according to procedures and work ins
To contribute ideas for further improvement within the department and to work closely with supporting team
To ensure stocks item are organized with proper segregation, identification and labelling.
To review and update the quality system procedures and work instructions for the department
Job Requirements:
Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Required Skill(s): MS OFFICE, and simple COMPUTERISED SYSTEM
A self-starter and able to work independently
Ability to work in a team environment
Good interpersonal and communication skill
ADMIN EXECUTIVE
Job Responsibilities:
1. To perform administrative tasks such as generating invoices, running monthly reports and filing documents
2. To liaise with e-commerce platform such as Lazada and Shopee on promotional activities
3. To manage e-commerce store daily operation which includes managing content, enquiries, inventory pricing and order fulfilment.Â
4. To ensure good online standing at all times
5. To handle order processing and assist in preparation of management reports.
Job Requirements:
· Required language(s): Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia, English
· At least 2 years(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
· Required Skills: Microsoft Office, basic computer system
· Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
· Possess mature, positive working attitude, independent and able to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment
· Good teamwork spirit
SALES EXECUTIVE
Job Responsibilities:
1. To development new business opportunities
2. To be responsible in servicing existing clients
3. To conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, competition and trends
4. To manage Marketing Events and Advertising Campaign
